Martha's Black Raspberry Sweet Rolls
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix warm water, yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in medium bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2.) Add. milk, remaining sugar, salt, oil, donut mix and flour. Combine until dough forms. Let dough rise until it’s about 2x it’s original size.
3.) On a clean, flat surface, roll dough to about 1/2" thickness.
- For Cinnamon Rolls: Evenly spread 1/2 c. softened Butter, over the rolled dough. Sprinkle 1 c. Brown Sugar evenly and dust with Cinnamon.
- For All other flavors: Buy your favorite flavor of pie filling. Spread evenly over surface of dough.
4.) Roll the dough into one large, sloppy roll as best as you can. Cut the ends off so you can see the filling. Cut your large roll into 2" wide sections al the way through. Bake for 20 minutes.​
For the Icing:

Classic: Mix together 1 c. Butter, 2 c. Brown Sugar & 1/2 c. Milk. Bring to a boil. Let cool, add 2-1/2c. Powdered Sugar until smooth.

Cream Cheese: Combine 1 - 16oz pkg. softened Cream Cheese, 1 c. softened Butter, 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract, 6 c. Powdered Sugar, 2 tbsp. and Milk. Mix until smooth

Julie's Double Chocolate Muffins
Directions:
1.) Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
2.) In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3.) In a separate large bowl, carefully whisk the remaining 1/4 cup cocoa powder with the hot water until smooth. Add the melted butter and whisk until fully blended. Then, mix in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla until well combined.
4.) Alternate adding the dry ingredients and sour cream, starting and ending with the flour. Stir by hand until just combined. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips with the last batch of flour.​
5.) Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups, filling them almost to the top.
6.) Bake for 5 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for an additional 12-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes mostly out clean.
7.) Remove the tray from the oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top. Let the muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!

Lydia's Chocolate
Chip Cookies
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.) Beat all the eggs together, then add oil, brown sugar, Instant pudding mix and vanilla. Mix until combined.
3.)In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, powder, salt, and flower. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4.) Drop dough onto a cookie try and lightly press the centers to spread. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until desired texture is achieved.
